To add to u're point, in my experience, you only need a 504 OR an IEP. I have seen some people say u can have a 504 and an IEP. An IEP takes care of everything.

There is a bit more to this than has been posted so far. At the last Regular Board Meeting, the Board approved his retirement. It became effective a couple of days after charges were filed. Did the Board have a choice? Surely stripping him of his retirement benefits would help deter future cases!
