We finally have official charges against this teacher. Mustang Public Schools also confirmed he is no longer employed by the District. However he still has a teaching license.

And here is confirmation of his current teaching license. Note the State Superintendent Walters hasn't said anything about this or any of the other sex scandals in schools around the state.

There is a bit more to this than has been posted so far. At the last Regular Board Meeting, the Board approved his retirement. It became effective a couple of days after charges were filed. Did the Board have a choice? Surely stripping him of his retirement benefits would help deter future cases!

Next up is the preliminary hearing, set for July 19th 2023 at 1.30pm

The Preliminary hearing was delayed to Sept 11th to allow time for discovery. On Sept 11th, it was delayed again till Nov 8th to allow time to negotiate, and to allow data extraction of Defendants phone. Some conditions of bond were changed regarding adding and removing two places that the Defendant is allowed to travel to.
