Hunter has pleaded guilty and will receive prison time according to the plea agreement. As of 9/24/24, the exact amount hasn't been set yet.

Now things have moved again. Hunter is trying to bring the victims criminal past into play by being able to say she is untrustworthy. Now there is a pretrial conference set for April 18th where that will be decided.

Preliminary hearing now set for April 12th. Possibly an attempt made to seal documents?

There is a huge amount to talk about in the Special Education world. There will be a lot of education articles to follow, the goal of which is to educate Mustang families as to their rights/obligations etc. Each article will encompass a singular topic.

If you want my opinion, Karen Wilson is 90% of the problem. She won some kind of State Spec Ed Director award in 2021(?). That's a joke. Her loyalty is to the District. End of Story.
